KTW: Kunststoffe und Trinkwasser includes the recommendations of the German organisation DVGW for materials used for the transport of drinking water.
W270: German approval for drinking water applications according to DVGW Working Paper W270.
WRAS: British Drinking Water Regulatory Agency Its approval is mandatory for materials used in the transport of drinking water in the United Kingdom.
BS 6920:2014: British standard. The suitability of non-metallic materials for use in contact with water intended for human consumption, with regard to their effect on water quality.
ACS: French Certificate of Sanitary Conformity. Assesses the suitability of a product to come into contact with water intended for human consumption.
NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: North American regulation. Drinking water system components – Health effects.
EN 681-1:1996: European standard. Material requirements for gaskets used in water pipes.
For gas pipelines and equipment, we offer materials such as HNBR, FKM or FFKM according to EN549, VP614 and EN681.
EN 549: European standard. Rubber materials for seals and membranes for gas appliances and equipment.
EN 682: European standard. Requirements for sealing materials used in pipes and fittings for the transport of gas and hydrocarbon fluids.
BAM: German approval for oxygen gas pressure applications.
DVGW: German certification body. Its certificate is based on DIN 3535-5 and DIN3535-6 for sealing materials in gas applications. It also issues the certificate VP 614 for permanent pipe connections and VP 401 for high-temperature flange gaskets.
Firesafe: British approval for fire resistance to BS 6755 Part 2.
SVGW: Swiss approval for gas applications.
