HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC SEALING: Pneumatic piston seals

Single-acting seals with asymmetrical profile and dynamic sealing lip, specially developed for pneumatics, longer and thicker. They ensure a good fixing of the seal on the bottom of the housing. The dynamic lip is low friction and allows the formation of a lubricating film on the housing surface.

We can advise you on complete piston options in low and medium pressure service:

  • Complete double-acting piston with integrated guide and compact side groove seal in AU (polyurethane), FPM and NBR.
  • Complete double-acting piston with steel base body, guide, vulcanised sealing lips and specially developed edges for pneumatics. Mounted on the single piston rod without additional sealing elements.
  • Complete piston recommended for confined spaces, with light metal base body, integrated seal and integrated guide. They allow quick and easy mounting on the piston rod.
