Shaft recovery bushes scraped by the joints are precision parts made of stainless steel, with a chrome surface and a 10-20 RMS finish. The thickness added to the shaft diameter is 0.6 mm, which is perfectly absorbed by the seal ring membrane. Its surface hardness is 30-40 HRC.

For the protection of shafts in high load services, the Gold bush is recommended with a hardness of 80-85 HRC, which offers better behaviour against abrasion.

Once installed on the shaft, it provides a superior sealing surface to most shaft finishes and original materials.

The bushings protect the contact area of the seal lip with the working shaft, thus avoiding the costs of machining and reconditioning the shaft raceways.

For shaft diameters from 12 mm to 200 mm. References available from stock.
