novapress®
Materials for compressed fiber elastomer-bonded gaskets based on aramid fibers and other fillers. With novapress® almost all conventional flat gasket applications are covered. The most outstanding members are: novapress® 880; novapress® 850; novapress® UNIVERSAL; novapress® BASIC; novapress® MULTI II and novapress® 260.
novaflon®
novaflon® materials are made from filler-restructured PTFE and expanded PTFE, whose chemical resistance is almost universal. They are used in the pharmaceutical, food and packaging industries as they have the certifications of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The novaflon® range consists of novaflon® 500; novaflon® 300; novaflon® 200 and novaflon® 100.
novamica®
Materials for temperatures up to 1.000 ºC obtained from phlogopite mica, far superior to other types of mica in terms of resistance to temperature. Its chemical resistance to dry and wet corrosion is remarkable, even against aggressive media. Like graphite, mica adapts very well to flange faces. It is an electrical, thermal and incombustible insulator. The novamica® range is made up of novamica® THERMEX; novamica® 200 and novamica® REEL.
novatec®
Bridge material between compressed fibers elastomer-bonded and graphites. It is made up of aramid fibers, elastomer-bonded and graphite. Its high graphite content gives it greater resistance to temperatures of up to 300 ºC, and an improvement in chemical resistance. Novatec® PREMIUM XP is suitable for a wide variety of fluids and, thanks to its XP coating, does not stick to flange faces. Even in extreme temperature situations. For automotive, Novatec® LD14 has been developed.
novaphit®
Materials based on expanded graphite with a 3D metallic insert and its XP non-stick coating. These materials conform to flange irregularities excellently without sticking to them. The range of service temperatures is from -200 ºC to 550 ºC, exhibiting almost universal chemical resistance. The novaphit® range includes novaphit® SSTC; novaphit® SSTCTA-L; novaphit® SSTCTRD 401; novaphit® MST; novaphit® 400; novaphit® VS; novaphit® M and novaphit® M REEL.
novaform®
Gasket materials for smoke exhaust systems with temperatures up to 600 °C, capable of withstanding greater thermal and mechanical loads than other compressed fibers. Both novaform® SK and novaform® STF combine aramid fibers, functional fillers and a metallic insert that will provide excellent mechanical strength. Both materials have a wide implementation in diesel engines, turbochargers and compressors.

isoTHERM®
Products range for thermal insulation up to peaks of 1.100 ºC. Manufactured from fibers with an SiO2 content of at least 94 %.
