The availability of a wide range of elastic materials, and our know-how in the manufacture of energised seals means we can manufacture the seal that you need in the most appropriate material for your application.

POLYURETHANES

High resistance to wear and high pressures, and excellent stability in contact with mineral-based hydraulic oils. We manufacture mixtures developed for working in applications with dynamic pressures of 600 bar and static applications of 1000 bar, temperatures between -50 and 115°C, with FDA and EC1935/2004 approval.

ELASTOMERIC MATERIALS

PTFE

The excellent characteristics of PTFE such as its low friction coefficient, universal chemical resistance, wide thermal range and improved mechanical characteristics, achieved by adding different types of loads, along with the development of energised profiles, make this material especially appropriate for manufacturing fluid seals.

TECHNICAL PLASTICS

Through the design of special profiles and with the help of energising elements, we manufacture seals made from plastic materials, making the most of some of their characteristics such as the resistance to abrasion of high density polyethylene, the chemical and thermal stability of PEEK or the excellent resistance to extrusion of polyamide or acetal resin.

FLAT SEALS MATERIALS

Depending on the working conditions, we can manufacture flat seals in elastic materials such as NBR, EPDM, CR and NR, materials with an aramid fibre, graphite fibre or fibreglass base, graphite with a single and double metal reinforcement, fibres for high temperatures, modified PTFE and rubber materials, with or without adhesive.
